Why One On One Academy

In ONE ON ONE ACADEMY, We assess each kid’s level of knowledge and provide step-by-step tutoring, by laying the basic foundations of a subject and move on only when they are confident with the concept. The strength and weaknesses of the child will be mentioned along with the homework for the day.

After each chapter is completed, we conduct a test. Daily reports of the class and the performance of the students will be forwarded to parents through WhatsApp.

ONE ON ONE ACADEMY with its distinct teaching methods and experienced teachers will help your child “learn how to learn”. We teach through images, videos and power point presentations prepared exclusively for each child. The teachers focus on empowering your child through constant monitoring and train them with strategies to overcome their weaknesses. They also tutor them on the ‘exam techniques’, which is an important skill in itself.

The bright kids are taught in a more advanced level and the weaker child is given extra attention and the basic concepts are made thorough before going to the advanced level.

The Founder

AYSHA ZAMEER is a dynamic young entrepreneur with an edge for excellence and professionalism. She is currently working as a CEO for the educational institution called ONE ON ONE ACADEMY which works on both face to face and digital platforms. She set up this institute single handedly from a start up stage and is growing it on a daily basis. Her keen interest in the field seems to be the driving force for the establishment. Aysha believes in individual and varied care for each student due to which she concentrated her business model on training one student at a time. She considers value over money which encouraged her to establish such a unique teaching style over the conventional one. Aysha is a trained teacher and has been a Guest Lecturer for BSc Biotechnology students in Sa Adiya Arts and Science College , Kasargode, Kerala.

Aysha is a very sweet spoken yet strong individual with a special skill set to lure and understand children of all age category. She has knowledge in Psychology and Behavioral Science which allows her to this feat. Otherwise a graduate in Zoology from the famous Brennan college, Kannur, Kerala. Post Graduation in Biotechnology from Dr NGP Arts and Science College, Coimbatore, Bharathiyar University and holds a PG diploma in Bioinformatics (from Dr NGP Arts and Science College Coimbatore)

Forsooth, Aysha has set her course to drive her institutions to be the pioneers of the industry in the upcoming years.
